Maciej Kocon
Maciek is a consultant and trainer specializing in risk management, financial markets and accounting of financial instruments. He has been cooperating with EY Academy of Business since 2017.
He is a graduate of the Warsaw School of Economics (finance and banking), Aarhus School of Business (M.Sc. in Finance and International Business) and EDHEC Business School (Certificate in Finance).
For 12 years he worked in the consulting department of one of the so-called "Big Four" by taking part in advisory projects for banks and financial institutions. He also worked in one of the leading Polish banks as a dealer of financial instruments cooperating with corporate clients.
What distinguishes the trainings conducted by Maciek is their workshop formula involving participants, numerous references to practical examples from the Polish market and the use of a spreadsheet to present examples and case studies.
A friendly atmosphere and an accessible form of conducting classes mean that not only professionals, but also participants without previous experience in finance and risk management use the training he provides.
