Testing digital products
There is no success in the digital industry without testing. The course will present a step-by-step process of validating design ideas to help you minimize the risks associated with the implementation of new digital solutions in your company.
With this practical introduction to the main research methods that allow you to validate a product – also with the users themselves – you will learn how to minimize the risk of project failure.
The training course focuses on selected methods of testing product ideas and finished products (such as usability tests, A/B, exploratory interviews), providing you with both theoretical knowledge and a ready process to validate a wide range of solutions developed by your team. You will learn how to choose research methods, how tests reduce implementation risks, and how to run them correctly.
