The above thought also applies to company management - the goals and tasks of the company should be divided and transferred to the goals and tasks of individual areas or teams. Thanks to this approach, everyone in the organization works for the success of the entire company. The implementation of this idea is OKR - i.e. goals and key results - implemented in short cycles (which is important in today's world full of uncertainty) and focused on a few key elements.
