Practical project management

The course will be led in Polish
Two-day workshop that is devoted to presentation of tools and implementations of these principles in practice, as well as eveloping the right attitude for all project team members. 
Classes are based on the assumption that about 60-70 percent of it is based on interactive tasks. Participants will work on the application of the learned tools for their own projects from everyday life organization

We invite all interested in the subject of project management, in particular: 
  • individuals wishing to learn or refresh basic knowledge and skills of project management, 
  • anyone getting started with the subject of project management.

Objectives

  • Preparing the participant for independent planning and realization of a project
  • Agreeing on the language and tools used for project creation and supervision
  • Discussing and talking about experiences with multiple planning techniques, project risk managment and monitoring project portfolio
  • Judging what are the upsides and downsides of each of the tools and learning how to use ones, that most fit given project
