Agile Project Management - Course
An innovative approach to project management
This course is designed to provide a theoretical understanding of agile project management together with the ability to apply the knowledge to real-life situations. Covers the concepts, tools and techniques of Scrum, one of the most popular agile project management methodologies, and extends it with a wider understanding of how to implement it in an organization, what are the pre-requisites and shows examples of real-life transitions.
This course can be delivered online live with a variety of features that guarantee practical and interactive training: ‘classroom effect’, screen sharing and breakout rooms enabled for group work.
