We direct the course towards:
  • Managers & specialists in the field of managing service processes
  • People responsible for realization and perfecting service processes (example: process managers, area managers, quality managers, Lean leaders, Six Sigma leaders)
  • People implementing or planning to implement Lean in the services area

  • Module 2: Client expectations - understanding values and common goals

  • Module 6: Leadership and involvement of employees
The course includes a simulation game during the 1st module which is a direct representation of service processes.
The course has an interactive format and is led by expirienced Black Belt coaches, EY experts who have years of experience.

Certification

  • requirements for Expert LEAN in Services Diploma:
    • participation in 6 modules
    • realization of your own project positively marked by EY Academy of Business
    • passing a written exam
  • requirements for LEAN Six Sigma GREEN BELT Diploma:
    • participation in all modules
    • realization of your own project, which brings at least 25 000 zl in savings per year, documented by the participant and positively marked by EY
    • passing a written exam
  • requirements for LEAN Six Sigma BLACK BELT Diploma:
    • participation in all modules
    • realization of your own project, which brings at least 100 000 zl in savings per year, documented by the participant and positively marked by EY
    • passing a written exam
