Our trainers

The best trainers

Our trainers are experienced practitioners and it takes time to become a trainer in our company. Each candidate must undergo an intensive training process before they can enter the training room as trainers. The training of the trainer can take as long as six months.

The training process for a potential trainer involves them not only perfecting the technical content of their subject but also presentation skills, how to prepare for courses and how to work and interact with participants. Our aim is to deliver not just training but a learning experience for participants that equips them with the tools they need to make decisions.

Learning how to become a good trainer does not stop when a trainer finishes teaching their first course. All our trainers learn from each other, and we have a peer review system to ensure we keep hold of best practice.

To a great extent we also rely on the comments and assessments given by training participants themselves.
