On our training courses, we show the practice of creating a so-called story and how to obtain a higher valuation on the market or in M&A transactions. We discuss the best national and international examples.

Milena started working with EY Academy of Business in 2018.

She is a valuation, financial and non-financial analysis practitioner with several years of experience in the capital market. She holds three prestigious international titles: CFA (Chartered Financial Analyst), ACCA (Association of Chartered Certified Accountants) and FSA Credential (Fundamentals of Sustainability Accounting) issued by the Value Reporting Foundation (formerly SASB, Sustainability Accounting Standards Board).

She started her professional career at Ernst & Young, an international consulting firm. For ten years she was an analyst of listed companies in international brokerage offices. She has been repeatedly awarded for her knowledge, insights and market sense both in Poland (title of Analyst of the Year awarded by the Warsaw Stock Exchange and Parkiet newspaper, several times winner of the analyst ranking of Parkiet newspaper in TMT and retail sector category) and abroad (multiple winner of the international ranking Extel in the category best analyst in Central and Eastern Europe and best analyst of retail companies).

Milena conducts interesting and engaging training courses on company valuation and ESG factors. She also teaches how to use storytelling as a tool to build brand value and communicate the goals and values of an organisation.

Example projects

1. She currently runs a boutique advisory company, supporting management boards in matters related to value creation, financial and non-financial reporting, valuation and investor relations.

2. She sits on the Corporate Governance Committee of the Warsaw Stock Exchange and the Supervisory Board and Audit Committee of R22 SA.

3. She is a member of the Association of Independent Supervisory Board Members and serves as an expert at the Institute for Sustainable Development and Environment at Lazarski University.

4. Milena is also the founder and co-chairwoman of 30% Club Poland – a social campaign that aims to increase the number of women on company boards.
